PEOPLECONQUEST - RH | Chef de Partie for River Cruises - 2026 season

We are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join luxury river cruise ships in Europe for 2026 season.
Location: Onboard river cruise vessels
Start Date: from March
Contract: Seasonal (with rotation)

What you’ll do:
• Prepare daily meals for guests and crew (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Follow hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen stock and supplies
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
• Support with loading and inventory
• Help prepare the ship for start and end of the season
• Assist in other departments when needed

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (hotel or cruise experience mandatory)
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Team player, flexible and ready to work in an international environment
• Available to start soon and willing to work onboard
- European nationality or valid portuguese residence card.
