Remote PeopleSoft HCM technical consultant (5–7 yrs) building and supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 for HR Direct — day-to-day development and SLA support using PeopleCode, App Packages, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Fluid UI, AWE, Integration Broker, SQR and Java. Technical profiles only; functional-only candidates will be rejected.
This is a remote position.
Mandatory Skills – PSFT HRMS/HCM, Fluid UI, app packages

1. Hand-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM module.
|
|
|
2. Strong with PeopleCode scripting.
|
|
|
3. Must be familiar working with Peoplecode in App Packages, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, PeopleSoft Front-End Development / FLUID, PeopleSoft AWE, Integration Broker, SQR etc.
|
|
|
Good to have: Global PeopleSoft Certification.

PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (For HR Direct):

5-7 Years of strong technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules such as Core HR, NA / Global Payroll, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Compensation

Hand on experience on providing support for application development, managing, and coordinating with teams including documenting business processes.

Experience of working in SLA Support projects and familiar with the activities required in the support project

Create detailed technical specifications documents, development, testing, debugging.

Good knowledge of Java programming, development, testing and debugging including interfaces

Validate test cases to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.

Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of one or more PeopleSoft application development components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions.

Experience in Java, PeopleTools – App Designer, SQRs, AE, CI, peoplecode, Reports, retrofitting, Approval workflows
