PER DIEM INPATIENT RN - NIGHTS 7PM TO 7:30AM

Inpatient RN to work in the 12 bed Center for Comfort Care and Healing, looking for per diem candidates for 7:00PM TO 7:30AM

• responsible for the coordination and management of all patient care and other services for the patient and their family.
• responsible for the quality of care provided by the nursing assistants during their shift.
• support and foster the philosophy and mission of the organization, focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual and medical/nursing needs of the patient and their family.
• understands the culture of hospice, offering compassionate care to the patient at various stages of their illness.
• work collaboratively with all interdisciplinary team members to insure patient and family needs are met.
• demonstrate clinically competence while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• effectively interact with patients, families and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
