Avid is hiring an RN - Per Diem for client assessments. This position will be in-office and based out of the Maysville branch and covers the surrounding counties. We are specifically looking for a nurse who can cover the Ripley, OH area.

Per Diem RN - Assessments

Responsibilities:

• Manage client intake assessments from all referral sources.
• Responsible for generating client plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician’s order.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and client safety.
• Manage client/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation.
• Follow up and document all clinical concerns and incidents within the agency’s timeframe.
• Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
• All other duties as assigned.
