Your Mission
As a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the evening.
Working alongside our nurses and interdisciplinary team, you'll assist residents with daily activities, encourage independence whenever possible, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
- Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Measure and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other required observations.
- Respond to call lights and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment while working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers.
What You'll Bring
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
- Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
