Performance Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the initial meeting with the customer to understand the store dimensions, set goals, and agree on budgets.
- Create a customer account on the Notion platform.
- Create WhatsApp groups and add the client to follow up work on it.
- Be responsible for achieving the project's results and fully supervise all the processes that lead to this.
- Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.
- Ensure that all access permits are obtained for the customer's advertising and social media accounts.
- Write the plan and work agreed upon with the client, add them to the Notion platform, and share it with the client.
- Periodically develop tasks, distribute them to the work members, and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner.
- Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.
- Send weekly reports periodically of the work done on the customer's store via WhatsApp group.
- Send monthly reports as a document showing all the tasks and achievements during the month.
- Create and send invoices to the customer and follow up on payment.
- Conduct periodic meetings with the client and respond to their questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager/Executive.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is a must.
- Experience in using account management CRM software (Notion, HubSpot, etc.).
- KSA clients experience is preferred.
- Excellent handling, problem-solving, and account management skills.
- Intermediate English language skills, at minimum.
- Able to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in teams.
