Job Summary

Responsible for fulfilling analytic requests through data management, reporting, and integration of disparate datasets. Implements descriptive, exploratory, and statistical analyses, establishes benchmarks, and interprets results to identify trends and contributing factors. Develops operational reports, dashboards, and metrics while contributing to documentation, metadata, and data governance processes. Leads or independently completes analyses, advises on best practices, and mentors other analysts. Collaborates across teams to optimize processes, ensures quality and continuous improvement, and supports enterprise data and analytic initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Prioritizes and responds promptly to customer needs based on severity levels.

• Resolves or escalates incidents, requests, and projects within service level agreements or milestones.

• Maintains engagement with all teams to ensure service focus and completion of work.

• Demonstrates and promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Leads and participates in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services, processes, and cost effectiveness.

• Mentors staff in project management, data management, analysis, and reporting best practices.

• Leads data governance, performance analysis, and process optimization initiatives using recognized methodologies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related field

Experience Requirement

5+ years of experience in statistics, data science, or a relevant area

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
