Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations for performing artistes to ensure smooth execution of performances
• Direct and coordinate diverse performances to create engaging and memorable nightlife experiences for patrons
• Develop and implement strategies to boost daily sales through targeted performance planning
• Cultivate a vibrant atmosphere by leveraging strong passion for music and commanding stage presence
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction
