Performance & Data Analytics Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global investment manager in a key role combining investment performance, data management and technology transformation .

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead performance and pricing data functions while driving the modernisation of systems, processes and reporting.

The opportunity:

1. Oversee investment performance, attribution, pricing and data management.
2. Lead and develop established teams across performance and data.
3. Drive automation, AI adoption and improvements to data infrastructure.
4. Lead the development of centralised data platforms and enhanced reporting.
5. Work closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders across the business.

What are we looking for?

1. Strong experience in investment performance, attribution and data management within asset management.
2. Proven team management experience.
3. Experience delivering data transformation, automation or technology improvements.
4. Knowledge of GIPS, performance methodologies and investment systems.
5. A proactive, commercially minded individual with a passion for improving how data is managed and utilised.
