Performance Engineering Architect

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technology Architect - Performance Engineering to lead complex enterprise performance engineering initiatives, solve critical application performance challenges, and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• ️Lead application performance engineering, performance management, and QA projects.
• ️Troubleshoot complex performance, scalability, and production issues.
• ️Design and optimise high-performance enterprise application architectures.
• ️Lead performance testing, capacity planning, and root cause analysis.
• ️Mentor technical teams and drive innovation, automation, and reusable solutions.
• ️Manage client relationships, support pre-sales, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• ️Strong expertise in Java/J2EE and application performance optimisation.
• ️Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• ️Expertise in WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
• ️Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• ️Hands-on AWS or Azure experience.
• ️Strong technical leadership, client management, and pre-sales experience.
