As a Performance Management & Rewards Intern, you will support regional people initiatives by helping the team run performance and rewards processes, generate insights from data, and improve operational efficiency through analytics and automation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support decision-making across the business while working closely with stakeholders on high-impact people programs.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Cycle Operations: Support the end-to-end operations of the performance review cycle, including coordination, data preparation and management, calibration preparation, system management, and general project execution.
  • Compensation Benchmark Research: Assist in collecting and analyzing market salary data to generate actionable insights that inform salary-related decisions.
  • Data Cleaning & Analysis: Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to support high-impact, regional performance and rewards projects, such as incentive effectiveness analysis, managerial span of control analysis, and long-term incentives impact assessment.
  • Automation & AI Exploration: Support HR automation and analytics initiatives, including building dashboards, workflow trackers, and exploring AI tools to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

Language: Proficiency in English as the working language.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with data visualization (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
  • Solid analytical skills with good data sense and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong market research ability and structured problem-solving skills—able to break down ambiguous topics logically and source relevant information efficiently.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

Experience (Preferred): Prior internship or work experience in compensation, performance management, or related HR work is a strong plus.
