🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
• Generate and improve qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
• Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in the IT / Software / Digital Services industry will be an added advantage.
