Type: Full-Time

Timing: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm (with 1 hour break) and must be available to support on Sunday if required)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize paid media performance, with full accountability for revenue growth and customer acquisition.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution excellence.

Core Responsibilities

1. Paid Acquisition Strategy

○ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across:

■ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

■ YouTube / Google Ads

■ Other relevant digital channels

○ Own the entire acquisition funnel end-to-end

2. Budget Management & Scaling

○ Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively

○ Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency

3. Campaign Optimization

○ Optimize key metrics:

■ ROAS

■ CPA

■ CTR

■ Conversion rates

○ Identify and resolve performance gaps

4. Creative Strategy & Direction

○ Lead development of high-performing creatives and messaging

○ Guide teams on hooks, angles, and content formats

○ Continuously test and refine creative strategies

5. Conversion Funnel Optimization

○ Improve landing pages and user journey

○ Increase conversion rates through data-driven improvements

6. Analytics & Reporting

○ Analyze campaign performance using:

■ Meta Ads Manager

■ Google Analytics

■ CRM tools

○ Provide actionable insights to leadership

7. Testing & Innovation

○ Conduct structured A/B testing

○ Identify and scale winning strategies

○ Explore new growth channels

Required Qualifications

○ 3–10 years of experience in performance marketing

○ Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with strong ROI

○ Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹25 Lakhs+ (or equivalent)

○ Advanced expertise in:

■ Meta Ads

■ Google Ads & YouTube preferred

○ Strong understanding of:

■ Conversion funnels

■ Retargeting

■ Audience segmentation

Educational Qualifications

○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field

○ MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing is highly preferred

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

○ Meta Certified Media Buying / Planning Professional

○ Google Ads Certification

○ Google Analytics (GA4) Certification

○ YouTube Ads Certification

○ Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing

○ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

○ Marketing Analytics

○ Strong understanding of:

■ Direct response marketing

■ Consumer psychology

■ Tech-Savy (understanding of different softwares)

○ Experience with:

■ AI-driven marketing tools
