We’re looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketer who can plan, execute,

and optimize paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth. If you enjoy scaling

campaigns, lowering CPLs, improving ROAS, and making decisions backed by analytics, this role is

for you.

As our Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across multiple

digital platforms. From strategy and audience targeting to performance tracking and optimization,

you’ll play a key role in generating leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad

spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS

• Set up tracking systems including Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve business goals

• Collaborate with the design and content teams for high-converting creatives

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models

• Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications:

• Any degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage

• Prior experience in performance marketing is preferred
