Performance Marketing - Google
What is Kalshi?
Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.
Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.
Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.
Role Roadmap
User acquisition is one of the most important growth levers at Kalshi, and Google App Campaigns (UAC) are a critical channel for reaching and converting new users. We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer with deep experience managing and scaling Google Ads, particularly UAC and mobile app acquisition campaigns.
You’ll own the day-to-day management and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on UAC. This includes budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience signals, creative testing, measurement, and performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for maximizing efficiency, identifying opportunities to scale, and driving measurable acquisition outcomes.

Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience signals, creative assets, and optimization workflows
Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize efficient growth and scale
Analyze performance across conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and other key acquisition metrics
Design and execute tests across creative, bidding strategies, targeting, campaign structures, and conversion optimization
Identify opportunities to scale UAC spend while maintaining performance targets
Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, and Product to improve acquisition performance and unlock new growth opportunities
Develop reporting frameworks and performance insights that inform channel and broader growth strategy
Explore opportunities across Google's advertising ecosystem to drive incremental acquisition
Build scalable processes for campaign management, experimentation, optimization, and performance tracking
Own channel-level performance and accountability for Google acquisition outcomes
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads performance marketing experience, including significant direct experience managing and scaling Google App Campaigns (UAC)

Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution
Comfortable operating independently and making optimization decisions quickly
Bonus
Experience managing large-scale consumer mobile app acquisition campaigns
Experience with value-based bidding, tCPA/tROAS optimization, and other advanced Google Ads bidding strategies
Experience with AppsFlyer
Experience in fintech, consumer technology, gaming, trading, or other high-frequency consumer app businesses
