What you'll do:
- You will join one of our Country Teams to help shape Emma's marketing strategy and establish Emma as the leading sleep brand in the market.
- You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- You will assist the one of our Country Teams on global data analysis and ideate best practices.
- You will help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally.
- You will coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations.
- You will support on content creation and seasonal campaign runs
Who we're looking for:
- You are fluent in English, being a Dutch speaker is a plus.
- You have an analytical mind, love to look at data, and have a passion for problem-solving and identifying root causes.
- You're comfortable with numbers and genuinely driven by the result - not just completing the task, but checking up on how it actually performed.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously
