Performance Marketing Intern (f/m/d)
You'll work with our performance marketing team on the paid channels that drive revenue across Europe, and get hands-on with how campaigns are set up, launched, and optimized.
- Campaign launches: help translate campaign plans into channel-level execution across our markets, check what's live, and flag anything that looks off.
- Paid channel operations: set up and upload ads and campaigns on Meta, keep naming conventions, tracking, and UTMs clean, and make sure everything goes live on time and as briefed. On the Google side, you support day-to-day operations across keywords, product feed, and ad assets.
- First steps in campaign optimization: with guidance from the team, learn how to read performance data and start contributing to optimization decisions.
- Creative and content: help brief and organize ad creative, support the building and filling of landing pages, and keep the message consistent from ad to page to checkout.
- Growth projects: conversion rate optimization, A/B tests, new channel pilots, audience and offer testing - including your own ideas.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in or currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics or similar.
- First experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads is ideal — from an internship, working student role, your own project, or a certification.
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets, and curious about what sits behind a metric.
- Basic knowledge of tracking or analytics tools (GA4, Shopify) is a plus. You're a fast learner and open to new tools.
- You take initiative, are goal driven and a critical thinker.
- Excellent command of English; German, Italian or Dutch is a plus.
