Performance Marketing Manager

Compensation: ₹5L – ₹6L

Aradhana is a devotional app helping millions of Indians with daily prayer, mantras, horoscopes, poojas and an AI spiritual guide (Guruji). We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid user acquisition and drive efficient, scalable growth of installs and paying subscribers.

What you'll do:

• Own paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (UAC/App campaigns) and YouTube, from strategy to daily execution
• Plan and manage monthly budgets; hit CAC, ROAS and payback targets for installs, trials and subscriptions
• Build a high-velocity creative testing engine: brief, launch and iterate on static, video and UGC ads in Hindi and regional languages
• Set up and maintain tracking: MMP/SDK events, Meta CAPI, Google conversion events, SKAN, and attribution reporting
• Analyze funnel data (install to onboarding to trial to paid) with product and analytics teams to improve conversion and LTV
• Run structured experiments on audiences, bidding, campaign structure and landing pages
• Report weekly on spend, performance and learnings to the founding team

What we're looking for:

• 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally for consumer mobile apps in India
• Proven track record managing meaningful monthly ad spend on Meta and Google App campaigns
• Strong grasp of app attribution (AppsFlyer/Branch/Adjust/Firebase), cohort analysis and unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Comfortable with data: Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools (Metabase, BigQuery) is a plus
• Strong creative instinct and an understanding of what works for Bharat audiences
• Ownership mindset; comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage startup

Nice to have:

• Experience with subscription apps, devotional/spiritual, or content apps
• Experience with influencer, affiliate or WhatsApp-led growth channels
• Fluency in Hindi
