Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is a US-market mobile gaming company with a growing F2P portfolio. They're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can independently own and scale paid user acquisition across multiple channels.

What you'll own:
Run paid UA campaigns across Moloco, Facebook, Unity/IronSource, Applovin, and other DSPs
Set up, manage, and optimize accounts independently from day one
Create and A/B test video ad creatives using AI tools
Track performance, report on key UA metrics, and iterate fast
Operate with minimal oversight — they need someone who moves without being pushed

What we're looking for:
3+ years running UA for F2P mobile games
Personal, hands-on experience creating and managing accounts on Facebook, Unity, Applovin, Moloco, and DSP networks (not just oversight — you've done it yourself)
Personally overseen at least $10k/day in ad spend on games or similar consumer apps
Comfortable using AI tools to produce video creatives and iterate on ad concepts
Strong analytical mindset and fluent in performance data
