We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition strategies across multiple business units, driving high-quality traffic, qualified leads and revenue growth through paid media, SEO and conversion optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and make a direct impact on business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic and lead generation.
• Optimise the entire customer journey—from traffic acquisition to lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
• Partner with the Ecommerce, Brand and Content teams to develop high-converting landing pages, campaigns and customer experiences.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
• Test new channels, audience segments and growth initiatives to continuously improve acquisition efficiency and scale.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and digital analytics.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing lead generation or eCommerce campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Self-driven, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
