Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives across Pearl Abyss titles in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and is passionate about improving marketing performance through data, forecasting and continuous optimization. You will join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape how marketing performance is measured, analyzed and optimized across all current and future Pearl Abyss titles while working closely with our headquarters in Korea and regional marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing framework across Pearl Abyss titles in the EMEA region.
- Support campaign planning through forecasting, scenario modelling and budget recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through continuous testing and optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain tracking frameworks, ensuring reliable campaign measurement and data integrity.
- Develop reporting that provides meaningful insights for regional leadership and headquarters..
- Manage marketing measurement tools and attribution platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and other reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve marketing processes through automation, reporting enhancements and data quality improvements.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Creative Services and headquarters to improve campaign performance through data insights.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to ensure marketing activities are accurately measured and optimized.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics or User Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, campaign measurement and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience building forecasts, reports and performance models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Passion for video games and digital marketing.
