The candidate will play a vital part in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. ## Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across **Meta** and **Google Ads**. - Monitor campaign performance, budgets, **Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)**, **Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)**, and other key marketing metrics. - Conduct **A/B testing** and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing **ad creatives** and **landing pages**. - Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights. ## Qualifications - 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing **Meta** and **Google Ads**. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and **attribution**. - Experience working with **Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)** or consumer brands is preferred. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in **Excel** and reporting tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with additional performance marketing tools and platforms. - Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). ## Experience - 2-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing ads on Meta and Google. ## Environment - This position is based **on-site** at **Sector 49, Gurugram**. - Working days are **Monday to Friday**. ## Salary - Salary details are not specified. ## Growth Opportunities - Opportunities for career advancement within the marketing team and the broader organization as Unbound Lifestyle continues to grow. ## Benefits - Benefits are not specified but may include standard offerings typically found in marketing roles such as health insurance and paid time off.
