Performance Marketing
SecNinjaz Technologies Performance Marketing
Role
purpose
This
role owns SecNinjaz's paid advertising and email demand generation
across LinkedIn, Google, and marketing automation. The objective is
qualified pipeline: bringing security and IT decision-makers to the
company, converting them, lowering acquisition cost, and feeding the
sales team. This is a hands-on role — the person builds the
campaigns, writes the copy, sets up the tracking, and reads the
numbers. A working understanding of B2B buyer journeys and the
ability to turn business objectives into measurable campaigns are
essential.
Key
responsibilities
Strategy
and planning
Build monthly and quarterly demand-generation plans tied to revenue targets, with forecasts for reach, traffic, leads, cost per lead, and expected pipeline contribution.
Define target industries, accounts, job titles, keywords, and audience segments for a security and IT buyer.
Recommend budget and channel split across LinkedIn, Google, email, and retargeting.
LinkedIn
advertising
Plan and run LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns: Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Document and Video Ads, Conversation Ads, and website-conversion and retargeting campaigns.
Build and manage matched audiences and account lists for account-based marketing by industry, company size, seniority, and skills.
Test objectives, targeting, creative, and calls to action; optimise bids, budgets, frequency, and cost per lead.
Connect Lead Gen Forms to the CRM.
Google
Ads
Build and manage Search, Display, remarketing, and YouTube campaigns, structured by service, segment, geography, and search intent.
Run keyword research for high-intent commercial terms; manage match types, negatives, geographic and device targeting, and search-term hygiene.
Write and test ad copy, headlines, descriptions, extensions, and calls to action; optimise for conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
Set up and validate conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Email
marketing and automation
Plan and run campaigns for lead nurturing, product and event announcements, webinars, newsletters, and re-engagement.
Segment lists by industry, persona, funnel stage, behaviour, and engagement; build automated workflows for new leads, content downloads, webinar attendees, and dormant contacts.
Write subject lines, body copy, and calls to action; A/B test content, offers, and send times.
Track open, click, reply, and unsubscribe rates and deliverability; keep lists clean and compliant, including DPDP where personal data is involved.
Integrate email with the CRM and the sales follow-up process.
Landing
pages and conversion
Write briefs for landing pages and lead forms, and work with design and development to build and improve them.
A/B test headlines, layouts, forms, and offers; analyse drop-offs and lift conversion from ad click to lead, and from lead to sales-qualified opportunity.
Analytics
and reporting
Build weekly and monthly dashboards across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, the CRM, and email analytics.
Report on spend, impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, lead quality, pipeline, and revenue, cut by channel, campaign, persona, keyword, audience, and creative.
Tie marketing-source data to CRM opportunities; flag underperforming campaigns and act on them.
Present insights and recommendations to management.
Sales
and marketing coordination
Agree qualified-lead criteria with the sales and business-development teams, and make sure leads are routed and followed up within agreed timelines.
Run campaigns around target accounts, priority sectors, events, and sales initiatives; support account-based marketing for selected companies and decision-makers.
Collect feedback from sales on lead quality, and keep clear documentation of campaigns, audiences, budgets, assets, and results.
Required
qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years' hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or demand generation.
A proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, plus email and automated lead-nurture campaigns.
A solid grasp of B2B lead-generation funnels and buyer journeys.
Working experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Pipedrive) and an email platform (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Marketo).
Strong analytical skills, and confident copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email.
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion-rate optimisation, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
The ability to run several campaigns, budgets, and deadlines at once, with clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred
Experience marketing to technical or security-aware buyers in cybersecurity, IT, or B2B SaaS.
Exposure to account-based marketing for enterprise or government accounts.
Awareness of DPDP and data-protection basics in a marketing context.
