Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Lead and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to drive business goals. Develop targeted marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC strategies across major search engines (Google, Bing) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify) to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Take full ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives
  • Design keyword strategies, audience targeting, ad copywriting, creative direction, display ads, and structure effective ad groups for marketing campaigns
  • Prepare detailed campaign and marketing proposals tailored to client needs
  • Manage day-to-day PPC account operations on platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities aligned with client objectives and improve ROI
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to accurately measure campaign performance and user behavior
  • Ensure websites and landing pages follow UX/UI best practices and are optimized to maximize conversion rates
  • Provide daily campaign updates and alerts, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Graphics, and Web teams to enhance client support and elevate search and social campaign performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major ad platforms
  • Proficient in running various campaign types including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Performance-driven mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Preferred competencies and qualifications will be a plus

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to support creative campaign development
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms to demonstrate proficiency and industry knowledge
