Performance Operations Manager

• Oversee subcontractors providing SCATS and traffic engineering support to ensure optimal corridor performance and incident management • Manage and review monthly performance reports, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Lead reporting for major incidents and special events, including lessons learned and best practices • Conduct data and process analysis to develop traffic improvement plans • Handle customer complaints within SLA timelines, including root cause analysis • Act as the focal point for coordination with key stakeholders (e.g., Ministry of Interior, transport authorities) • Manage traffic response plans for special events and system configurations • Evaluate and enhance existing traffic management systems through simulation, data analysis, and engineering improvements

• Must be based in JEDDAH • Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in traffic operations / ITS / transport systems • Strong expertise in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and traffic control environments • Proven experience working within large-scale or government-linked organizations • Strong background in performance reporting, data analysis, and incident management • Experience with SCATS or similar traffic signal systems is highly preferred • Strong stakeholder management experience (ministries, authorities, contractors)
