Performance Tester

We're looking for a Performance Tester to join our team.

In this role, you will help safeguard the quality and dependability of our software products before they reach end users. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to spot potential issues early and support ongoing improvements throughout our development processes. Responsibilities

  • Review business and technical requirements to build a clear understanding of system behavior and underlying business rules
  • Create detailed test scenarios and test cases aligned with project requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Carry out functional and non-functional testing, including performance testing, to confirm system behavior across different conditions
  • Detect, log, and monitor defects throughout the testing process, providing clear documentation for development teams
  • Confirm defect fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure system stability following changes
  • Guarantee the quality of deliverables by checking they align with defined acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks
  • Assist the team in establishing clear and measurable acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
  • Produce test evidence and document outcomes to ensure traceability and support informed decision-making
  • Work closely with development and product teams to stay aligned on requirements, priorities, and quality goals
  • Take an active role in project rituals and team alignments, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
  • Proven background in software testing and quality-related activities, covering planning, execution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how testing fits into each stage
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to spot issues and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
  • Solid organizational skills to handle multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Background working within agile project settings, supporting iterative development and continuous delivery
  • Experience testing across different application layers, such as interface and integration testing, to ensure thorough quality coverage
