Performance Tester
Description
Salary: $8,000 – $11,000 per month
Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or Locust.
Analyze application performance metrics including response time, throughput, CPU, memory, database utilization, and error rates.
Identify performance bottlenecks across application, API, database, and infrastructure layers and work with development teams to resolve them.
Execute performance test cycles across different environments and prepare detailed test reports and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and business teams to define performance benchmarks and acceptance criteria.
Monitor system behavior during high-load scenarios and provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability.
