Summary
A senior performance tester (5-8 years) based in Makati City who designs and executes load, stress, and scalability test scripts with LoadRunner and JMeter, analyzes results to pinpoint bottlenecks, and works with dev, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure application performance and reliability.
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 per month
About the role
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter. Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to assess application performance and stability. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements. Monitor system behavior under different workloads and identify potential issues.

About you
5–8 years of experience as a Performance Tester
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
Knowledge of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
Experience in performance monitoring, test result analysis, and bottleneck identification
Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and client-server architectures
Knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis is an advantage
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
