About the role
We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented video editor to turn our existing footage into high-performing ads for Facebook and Instagram. You’ll edit 30–60 second videos from our library of product shots, testimonials, UGC and brand content. Every edit should stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds and drive clicks and conversions.
What you’ll do
- Edit 30–60 sec ad videos from existing raw footage, photos and assets (no filming required)
- Create multiple variations of each ad (different hooks, angles, CTAs, lengths) for A/B testing
- Export in Meta-ready formats: 9:16 (Reels/Stories), 4:5 and 1:1 (Feed)
- Add captions/subtitles, text overlays, music, sound effects and simple motion graphics
- Write or adapt on-screen copy and hooks based on the brief
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years editing short-form video, ideally paid social / direct-response ads
- A portfolio of Meta, TikTok or Reels ads (please include links)
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing and storytelling in under 60 seconds
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro
- Understanding of Meta ad specs, safe zones and sound-off viewing
- Fast turnaround: able to deliver several variations per week
- Good communication and comfort with feedback and revisions
Nice to have
- Experience with UGC-style and testimonial ads
- Basic motion graphics / animated text
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager metrics
- Experience with AI tools (voiceover, auto-captions, upscaling)
