Job Summary
The Performing Artist delivers high-quality live entertainment performances, engaging guests while maintaining professional standards and collaborating with entertainment and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned shows, routines, acts, or performances according to the approved entertainment schedule to ensure guest engagement.
- Maintain high standards of performance quality, appearance, stage presence, and professionalism during all shows.
- Attend rehearsals, technical rehearsals, briefings, and other performance-related activities to prepare for performances.
- Learn and execute new routines, choreography, acts, or show concepts as required to keep performances fresh and engaging.
- Prepare and maintain all costumes, props, equipment, and personal performance items to ensure readiness for shows.
- Collaborate effectively with entertainment and operations teams to support smooth show execution.
- Adapt to a fast-paced entertainment environment by managing multiple tasks and performance demands efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with team members to enhance overall show quality.
- Commit to working evenings, weekends, public holidays, and according to the venue’s operating schedule to meet performance needs.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in performing arts, entertainment, dance, acrobatics, music, or related fields.
