Performing Artiste Manager Duties

· Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.

· Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, programs, etc.

· Advocating for an artist's mental and physical health as needed.

· Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.

· Enforcing the terms of a contract.

· To arrange the training such as new songs and dances.
