PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

Job Summary

The Performing Artiste Manager in a nightclub enhances patron experience by curating music, creating engaging atmospheres, and coordinating performances with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Curate and select diverse music playlists to enhance the nightclub’s ambience and engage patrons
• Create an entertaining atmosphere using music, lighting, and special effects to maintain patron satisfaction
• Interact with patrons by taking song requests and adapting music to audience mood and preferences
• Collaborate with nightclub management and staff to coordinate performances during events and promotions
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and management to continuously improve music and entertainment quality
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the nightclub’s dress code during performances
• Communicate effectively and deliver excellent customer service to foster positive patron interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience as a performing artiste in a nightclub or similar entertainment venue is preferred
