Job Summary
The Performing Artist acts, dances, sings, and plays musical instruments to deliver engaging live or recorded performances that express emotions and ideas through body language, speech, facial expressions, and props.
Responsibilities
- Act in theatre plays, musicals, traditional dances, and cultural acts to engage live or recorded audiences
- Dance to enhance storytelling and emotional expression during performances
- Sing to convey emotions and complement theatrical or musical presentations
- Play musical instruments as part of live or recorded performances to enrich the audience experience
- Use body language, speech, facial expressions, and actions to clearly express emotions and ideas on stage
- Incorporate props effectively to support and enhance the storytelling or thematic elements of performances
