Perimeter Security / High Security Estimator position in Washington DC area

We are seeking a top-notch full-time Perimeter Security / High Security Estimator with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build accurate, timely winning Perimeter Security / High Security project estimates
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers for pricing information
• Work closely with project managers and preconstruction team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience with advanced knowledge in Perimeter Security / High Security projects
• We are seeking someone that is analytical, great with numbers (not sales/project management oriented) to join our team
• Bachelors in construction or equivalent working experience
• Local to DC/MD/VA area
• Stable work-history

Preferred:

• Military/DOD project experience
• Estimating software experience
