This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional periodontal care within a well-established and reputable healthcare setting. As a periodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing gum diseases and performing advanced periodontal surgeries to restore and maintain oral health.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures, including scaling and root planing, gum grafting, and dental implant placement.
- Provide patient education on periodontal health and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with the latest advances in periodontics and integrate them into clinical practice.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Completion of accredited postgraduate training in periodontics.
- Valid license to practice as a periodontist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience managing complex periodontal cases and performing related surgeries.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
