Salary: Up to $9000

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers on HR matters including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, payroll, leave administration, and budgeting.
• Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, insurance administration, and annual tax filing with outsourced vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, annual contract renewals, outsourcing reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems (Workday), training administration, and regulatory reporting.
• Organise employee engagement activities and support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 5 years of HR Generalist experience in all aspects of HR functions, particularly in HR operations, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits
• Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practice and learning & development requirements in the private banking industry
