Job Description:

• Ensure enquiries are handled accurately, timely and in accordance with service standards

• Assist in resolving complex cases and drive effective follow-up to closure
• Handle sensitive customer situations, complaints and service recovery cases
• Support management reporting and preparation of escalation summaries
