Perm | Finance Manager - Shipping | Up to $7500 #NKA

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $7500 + 1 month AWS
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A) across the Group.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved profitability.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, credit control and banking relationships.
- Provide financial modelling and commercial analysis for business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and automation.
- Support audits, tax matters, statutory compliance and corporate governance.
- Manage cargo liability and other non-HR related insurance programmes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective financial support across the Group.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally gained within the shipping, logistics, maritime or transportation sectors, with demonstrated progression in scope and strong business partnering experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to build robust financial models and / or analyse large data sets.
