Location: Loyang

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 730am - 5pm

Salary: Up to $4500 + 13 month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities in line with company policies.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and procure spare parts, materials, consumables and services at competitive prices.
• Review supplier quotations and recommend purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and planning teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain material, vendor, pricing and expenditure records.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives, expand the vendor base and manage sourcing risks.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability and product quality.
• Support material reviews, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Independent, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
