Perm | Procurement Buyer (Laboratory Supplies & Consumables) | Ang Mo Kio | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $4200 + AWB + VB + Quarterly Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage purchase orders with approved suppliers based on stock needs and demand forecasts
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/sales teams to prevent stockouts or overstock
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and follow up on delays
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within existing supplier agreements
• Verify product documentation (certificates of analysis, registration/import licenses) for compliance
• Track expiry dates for consumables and reagents
• Coordinate with logistics/customs brokers on shipment documentation and clearance
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare regular procurement reports
• Resolve issues related to pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or product quality with existing suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in medical / laboratories consumables, pharmaceuticals, healthcare distribution
• Basic knowledge of medical device / pharmaceutical regulations and import documentation
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics
