Perm | Project Engineer (Lift & Escalator) | Up to $5300 #NKA

Location: Kaki Bukit

Salary: Up to $5300

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage lift modernisation and new installation projects from award to handover.
• Develop project plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate site activities, inspections, meetings, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage project costs, variation orders and identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and attend WIP meetings.
• Resolve technical and project issues with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards and contractual terms.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections and ensure site safety compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–5 years of project management / project engineering experience.
• Experience in lifts & escalators, construction, M&E or related industries.
• Strong project management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage project schedules, costs, contractors and site activities.
