Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 - 5
Salary: Up to $5500 + VB
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading projects focused on the development of new surface treatment processes. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and optimizing surface treatment processes,
- Defining and validating technical specifications,
- Providing technical support to sales teams, particularly in promoting our solutions to customers,
- Supporting customers during industrialization phases through successful operational implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of R&D experience in chemical formulation, surface treatment, coatings or electroplating.
- Strong knowledge of materials chemistry, electrochemistry or coating technologies.
- Experience in formulation development and process optimisation.
- Good project management and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
