Location: Raffles City / Jewel
Working Hours: Regular retail shifts + weekends
Salary: Up to $3200 + Commissions
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth store operations.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained according to brand standards.
- Handle cashiering, opening and closing of the store.
- Train and guide retail associates where required.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must have retail supervisor experience
