Perm | Sales Coordinator - Precious Metals | West | Up to $3700 #NKA
Salary: $3.2k - $3.7k
Location: Buroh Street (Pickup provided at Jurong East station)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
- Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
- Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
- Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
- Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
- Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
- Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Competent in MS Office and Outlook
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience are welcome
- Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system
- Good in mathematical calculations.
