Permanent Customer Service Executive (Shipping & Logistics) - West #BLM
Jobs Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements from order confirmation through to completion.
- Plan and coordinate local deliveries and export shipments with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders.
- Monitor shipping schedules, vessel bookings, container movements, and outgoing goods to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, cargo tally sheets, labels, and operational records.
- Coordinate daily tank truck loading schedules, time slot bookings, and blending instruction documentation.
- Support the logistics team with operational coordination and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight forwarding, or export/import operations will be an advantage.
