Part-Time Personal Assistant

Location: Austin, Texas
Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week
Compensation: variable, depending on experience

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive personal assistant to help me stay on top of day-to-day tasks. This is a flexible, part-time role for someone who enjoys creating order, taking initiative, and handling a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Running local errands, including returns, pickups, and occasional shopping

• Scheduling personal appointments and managing calendar reminders

• Coordinating household services, appointments, and deliveries

• Organizing paperwork, receipts, and other personal administrative tasks

• Conducting light online research and making reservations

• Helping with occasional personal projects and special requests

• Identifying tasks that need attention and following through without extensive oversight

What I’m Looking For

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable working independently and managing changing priorities

• Trustworthy and respectful of personal and confidential information

• Based in Austin with reliable transportation

• Previous personal assistant, administrative, household management, or similar experience is preferred

The schedule can be somewhat flexible, but availability during weekday business hours is important. Most responsibilities will need to be completed in person in Austin, with some administrative work handled remotely.
