Personal Assistant to Director

  • Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data
  • Organize meetings, take Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action points
  • Maintain confidential documents, records, and files
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors for coordination
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Support Director in decision-making with required data and reports


Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 1–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior management or Director-level executives preferred
