We are looking for a reliable, discreet and resourceful Personal & Family Assistant to support the Founder of a growing F&B company.

This role focuses mainly on personal and family errands, scheduling, travel arrangements and day-to-day coordination, with occasional business support.

Occasional after-hours or weekend assistance may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal and family schedules, appointments and reminders.
  • Handle errands, purchases, collections, deliveries and returns.
  • Arrange restaurant bookings, appointments, transport and personal services.
  • Plan family travel, including flights, hotels, transport and itineraries.
  • Coordinate household maintenance, repairs and external service providers.
  • Assist with family events, celebrations, gifting and special arrangements.
  • Maintain personal records, receipts, bills and expense claims.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers and relevant contacts.
  • Follow up on outstanding matters and important deadlines.
  • Provide occasional administrative and business support to the Founder.
  • Handle all personal and family information with strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of PA, EA, administrative, hospitality, customer service or coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting a founder, senior executive or private family is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, responsive and strong in follow-up.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable travelling to different locations for errands.
  • Proficient in email, WhatsApp, online bookings and Microsoft Office.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Valid driving licence is advantageous, but owning a vehicle is not required.
  • Flexible to assist occasionally after office hours or on weekends.
