Key Responsibilities

• Attend and service walk-in customers visiting the branch.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Cross-sell products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the branch.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints effectively.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
• Process account opening and customer documentation accurately.
• Support branch operations and ensure smooth customer servicing.
• Generate leads and refer opportunities for other banking products.

1. Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
2. Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
3. Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
4. Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
5. Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
