The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, particularly in areas such as insurance, CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), and wealth management for high-net-worth individuals (HNI). As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and offering tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized banking solutions. - Promote and sell banking products including current accounts, savings accounts, and insurance products. - Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention. - Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth within the commercial banking sector. - Stay updated on market trends and emerging corporate banking practices to provide informed advice to clients. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while delivering services.
